According to a new study by the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, obese women suffering from breast cancer have a lower survival rate, compared directly to women who are not obese.

The study looked at 600 women with advanced forms of breast cancer. They were split up into three groups, normal, overweight, and obese. The obese group had a BMI of more than 30, while the normal group had a BMI of 24.9 or less.

The rate of inflammatory breast cancer among obese women was at 45% compared to 30% for overweight women, and 15% for normal weight women.

This means that the more obese women had the higher risk of developing the inflammatory breast cancer, which is more severe.

It was noted that the recurrence rate for obese women who had breast cancer is also higher. After 5 years, it was found that 50.8% of the obese women in the study reported a recurrence of breast cancer. This compared directly to only 38.5% of normal weight women.

After 10 years, the rate was at 58% for obese women, and 45.4% for normal weight women.
